ERRORS IN SOFTWARE

EVERY YEAR i have to make calls to correct your software mistakes. Your quality control is minimal or you just want to get money from your past good performance however your performance is no good. Not as good as in the past.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Intuitive "Fill in the Blanks" Process Flawless

I changed to H&R Block a few years back when TurboTax put the screws to long time customers by dropping critical forms with little notice. I'd been using TurboTax for over 20 years, but the transition to H&R Block was seamless, and I won't look back. I finished my returns in under two hours, with complications from multiple investments and an S Corp. Keep up the great work, H&R Block, and you'll have a customer for life.

No overriding fields this year, super easy to use, much less expensive than what I have been using.

Program seems to have some very frustrating operational glitches this year. I've experienced issues with printing, saving PDF, and reaccessing the program.
Pros: Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

IRS rejected my e-file and the software gave me exact instructions (error on employer ID number on a W2). I switched from Turbo Tax six years ago, and am not going back!
