Hard to get started

Years ago, the product (known then as Kiplinger's) would load right up and go. The last few years, I have had more and more trouble getting it loaded and updated. I am using Windows 7, and maybe the software is made for newer computers, but it seems it takes the first night or two for me to figure out how to work through the problems associated with installing and updating the program.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to install, Hard to import
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Seems pretty easy

I have used H&R Block since I was 16. We'll just say that was a lot longer than they had at home software. I like the online software. I just always have that fear that I will make an input error. I never have to worry about the calculations and the instructions are great

This is by far the best tax software I have ever used. It is simple to install, simple to input information and asks all the necessary questions.

Makes filing a snap!

It seems like filing taxes becomes more challenging every year. I've heard that statement frequently and suggested to others that they should use H&R Block software to experience the ease and satisfaction of completing what is a daunting challenge. No More! Thanks for a great product year after year.

Data lost and reinputed

on multiple occasions i put data in and the input was lost. i had to keep checking that all of it was contained. even in my last review, the quarterly estimated taxes was lost.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
