needed to print returns and print function messed up printer and was hard to print

more problems than ever before

I have used H&R block tax software for years. This year, the software does not fit on my computer screen, and my taxes were rejected in spite of the numbers being correct, which I attribute to the software. I am very disappointed this year. And the price continues to rise, which is sad.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to import
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I do the taxes for all of my immediate family with H & R Block. It's easy to load, use and file. I've used them since 2011.
