Everything worked as expected, except the button on State to use same direct deposit information was greyed out and forced me to retype same information. It would also be nice to have federal forms required for State filing be printed along with the State return.

Everything went smooth except toward the end e-file submittal showed pending for three days. I had to call H&R Block, and it had to be resubmitted. It was accepted by the IRS in two hours.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues

Easy to navigate

I have used H & R Block tax programs for the past 5 yrs., however, this year I had a great deal of difficulty with the Federal filing. Every time I select Fed. to check the status, I am taken to State which has already been accepted and paid. I had previously thought I paid the Fed. through my checking account, but when that was not acted upon, I selected to pay Fed. with my credit card. That pymt. was accepted, but still not able to receive satus of Federal filing.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Fast

Tops -HR Block needs to divide Royalty and Rentals
