updates took way too long

I like to file taxes early. Updates especially for Louisiana state tax took way too long
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to install

I was a bit apprehensive when I bought the software, but as soon as I started working with the program I found it to be very simple to follow and to understand. I like that many of the line items offer additional explanations by simply clicking on it. The e-filing process is very convenient.

Thorough and Less Expensive!

I found H&R Block to be as thorough as the other leading tax software at about half the cost.

Difficult to fix issues. I was paid by my church and it was listed as housing, however, the program will not let me go forward with my submission.
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I have used their software for over 10 years and always find it straightforward. They ask good questions to help make sure I don't miss anything. Not had any issues or inaccuracies.
