I liked the sidenotes to help explain different items. I would like to see the entire print preview of the return as I go along and not just pieces of it.

I have been using H & R Block since 2005 & has not changed any other software since coz its easy to use , accurate , fast & reliable .
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Not bad, but was no help in one area

My pension 1099-R had box 2b checked, meaning I needed to determine how much of the distribution was taxable. The program was absolutely no help in making this determination. Should be a link to the appropriate forms or web sites with help.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great, but printing feature was not as good

I've been using this software for years, and I do like the ease of use. However, I struggled with printing out the forms this year. There was no way for me to set the margins to not cut off the content. I tried multiple ways and was unsuccessful. It's was like printing a web page. I had no way to adjust the margins to prevent text from disappearing where the page break occurred.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast

Would be five stars if screen displays were better

I have used this tax software for years. I find it easy to use, but wish the screens were easier to read. The display text is too small for old eyes and I couldn't figure out how to make it larger.

Hurricane Relief and AMT

I have been using H&R Block for many years. The Hurricane Relief and AMT this year was quite tedious to use.
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
