Easy to use and very reliable

I have been using H&R Block for many years. I wouldn't use anything else. Thank you.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues

Takes to long

After I downloaded, then filled out the forms, then it had to update, but wait...it wouldn't update while it was downloading. ??? Have no idea what that was about. Checked the returns, went back, then it was able to download the updates, which required checking the forms yet again. It then became more user friendly during the final printout.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Need better search by key words on website

Needed to delete an entry that was imported in but it would not allow a deletion and stated I would be able to correct it later and never could. Could not find any help within the program or on the web site. Very frustrating!
Pros: Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues

Poor accuracy checker program.

My Daughter's Ohio tax return was rejected because the name of the taxing locality did not auto-fill from her W-2. Accuracy checker didn't flag this as an issue prior to filing. Consequently, her Ohio return was rejected. The program did tell me why her return was rejected AFTER THE FACT! I had to pay an additional submission fee because of this.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import

I have used H&R Block tax software for many years now and have never had an issue with the IRS. I would highly recommend this software to everyone.

The return was prepared without difficulty but I was unable to get vouchers for the quarterly estimated tax for next year. Instructions were confusing for this aspect.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I really like the idea of them sending this out early. The one thing I didn't like was the survey section that came up right after you start doing the tax return. It was most difficult to get past it.

I switched to H&R BLOCK a few years ago from turbo tax and all I can say is thank god it's saved me money and is a hundred times easier to work with.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
