Easy to use

I bought this back when it was on promotion in Decf.2017which was a good way to get it for a better price. My preference has been to download the program on line and feel it is the best way to acquire the progam
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues
I would recommend this to a friend!

Some problems in 2017 deluxe

This the second year that I used H&R Block. I assist my friends on filing.
2returns were rejected: one because of DOB which was correct and one because of the SS#, which was correct. Both were attempted e-filed returns. I cannot understand the errors in efile. ID fraud, maybe????

Easy to get answers

This is the second year we've used the H&R Block tax software. Even though there are some questions I didn't quite understand (what can I say - we have investments), the explanation is easy to find in one click, plus you have the online help. Sooooo worth the money. It doesn't hurt that they guarantee the refund either!
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import

Did taxes OK

Program would not let me install final Federal update. Because of this it would not let me E File. I had to paper file.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import

Arkansas update never appeared

Arkansas return rejected. Problem - "with our e-filing process'. -The solution said The problem has been identified and corrected with an update that will be available by the end of the day on Friday, 4/062018. It is 4/9/2018 and no Arkansas update.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
