I had a difficult time incorporating the PSO $3000.00 reduction of income in the calculation for the Fed Gov Annuity. I believe it was probably my fault as I have included it in prior returns with out problems. I don't know if the instructions have changed or I am getting senile. since it probably not your fault, I am changing my revue.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues

Issue submitted but no resolution. When attempting to view "whole Form" scrolling to bottom part os the form does not work.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I have been using this software for the last 3 years and help me a lot in preparing my taxes. This software is an excellent and user-friendly software.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

Federal is excellent State for Ohio not very good

The Federal forms are straight forward and work well. The Ohio State forms don't follow the on line free filing. Rather than pay to file state it is easier to use your file as a guide line to file on line. For PA it works good.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

Does a pretty good job of guiding users through the arcane tax laws with their strange language ("basis" instead of "cost as adjusted" etc.) Finding information is sometimes a challenge. Biggest problem was finding how to enter last year's refunds applied to estimated 2017 taxes. I can't understand why the software didn't enter this automatically. I can't imagine doing income tax returns without this software.

Cons: Hard to fix issues
