Love the Program

This program is very easy to use. It leads you thru all the forms that I needed.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to fix issues
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very informative on ways to save

I had done my taxes in the past, then I figured I would use Turbo. Well I used it for 2 years. And I picked up VIPER for my new computer. And I'm happy with the computer as well as the H&R Homeowner /Investment program CD.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am trying to go back to print last years form to review data that is required for this year's form that it didn't carry forward and it will not let me print my tax report from last year because it says it is already filed. I should be allowed to go back and print what I want when I want it.. It would not open the forms that had been saved. It should carry forward all information required from previous year. It won't even show me the form so I can find line 21.
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import

I have been a user for many years and it keeps getting better. I am still disappointed that a second state is so expensive and the state filing fee is so high.

program does not allow you correct any corrections from prior year. Also, screen size takes a toll on eyes!

Overall excellent software, but e-filing issues

Good program, easy to use,
The only thing I'm disappointed with it that there's no help in figuring out why my e-file was rejected. Simply giving me the IRS Rejection Code isn't good enough, the program should help me figure out what that means & how to resolve it.
Instead I needed to search the internet, which led me to a competing program's rejection code list.

trouble with filing

Wish they would be upfront on charging for state efile. Had difficulty understanding the procedure for payment, and could not locate adequate support. End of program seemed to go round and round with printouts and filing procedures, the same thing kept popping up over and over again.

HRBlock2017 update problems

I have used this in prior years, but this year the process to download and install updates was horrible.
Pros: Easy to import
