Did not include state form

I was not aware that it did not include the state tax form which I had to purchase at another cost aware. Then I had to wait for it to update to be mailed to me which in April should NOT ned to wait for.

i'm one of those last minute income tax filers, but H&R Block - Deluxe 2017 software made doing my taxes a breeze. it took less than 90 minutes to file both my federal and state income taxes. I'LL NEVER AGAIN PAY SOMEONE TO PREPARE MY INCOME TAXES.
The H&R Block - Deluxe 2017 software is straight forward and intuitive to use. If were a tax preparer, I'd use H&R Block s.oftware

My Tax return of 2017

This was by far the friendliest software I used to file my 2017 Tax return.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues

Federal filed w/ Ease, beware of Non-Res State

No problem for the federal data entry & filing. For the second year in a row or more, no support for the state tax package as a non-resident filer.

Poor privacy policy

The FAQ for E-filing says: "Will my privacy be protected?
We have strict provisions for protecting your privacy, as does the IRS. You'll get a complete explanation in a few minutes. Just look for the Consent to Disclosure message coming up." Right. Coming up AFTER we take all your data. It never came up. The installation privacy policy says it will keep all your data in perpetuity.

turbotax sucks

I bought this after purchasing turbotax one LAST time. It is so much easier to use, much like turbotax used to be but no longer is.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare
