H&R Block online tax preparation

Used H&R Block online for the first time. I found it to be very easy and very complete. It covered every aspect I needed to fill out my taxes properly. I will use it every year from now on.

Easy and Fast Tax Filing

I downloaded the 2017 version in January to get an early start on collecting the data and relied on the user friendly features, explanation of terms and interview type of format to help me see how my Federal and State filing progressed right up to April with 100% accuracy. Great product and will definitely buy again next year!

The software was quite stressful

I could not get a full screen which in turn made it very difficult to read the forms since lines were squeezed on top of lines. I managed to complete my return after 2 days but am unwilling to put up with this again. I have used H&R for years. Here's hoping you will correct the software.

I have used H&R Block for 15 years, but NI more. This is the first time I have downloaded it. I always bought it off shelf. I completed the return six hours ago and have not been able to print a fillable return yet. I am sick of seeing that it needs to download. Apparently my taxes will not be filled on time even though I paid for this program two months ago.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to install, Hard to import
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lost my save

I completed before tax day :) I had a scare when it took me an hour to find my save. Program was east to Nav. when I learned how to. Most back I've ever received!!!
Pros: Easy to fix issues, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import
