Overall - Great Product

I've used H&R Block software for 12 years and counting and have never had any issue with it. It's economical, fairly easy and user friendly to use. When I have an issue I turn towards the glossary and on-line linked videos for assistance.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

The program is great, used it for 10 years now. But I have one small problem with it. To pay your taxes was hidden from me and I was almost late paying my taxes. The was a hidden link, to a different web site to pay.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Fast

you gave me the wrong state tax refund for a tax i filed for frank & Eleanor Tavares. you entered federal tax deducted on state refund
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I have used Tax Cut by H&R Block for years. I am accustomed to how to enter information and how information is displayed. Sadly, I recently retire and the annuity payer didn't pay any state tax and ouch, that hurt at the filing time. I would like to see more retirement information on the State tax editions.
