I have relatives I do taxes for, and limiting me to 5 e-files is not good. H&R Block should have a professional edition that allows more e-files. As it is, I have to go buy another license and install the program in a different computer to finish doing all the taxes. I have used H&R Block for many years and like the product, but not this feature.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I've used this software when it was known as "TaxCut" and before H&R Block took license of it. Today's versions are great. Printing of final Tax report is professional. I rely on "accuracy checks", Quick tax summary" and of course "e-file". I get each years program when H&R Block sends it to me automatically as soon as it is released.

The software is user friendly for the most part. If you add in the anxt one has when doing taxes it is darn near perfect : )

I have been using your product for the past 10 years, however, you changed the location identifier. I have always installed this on an external drive and did the updates just fine, this year, you changed it and the updates only works if it is installed on the C drive.
