I've got a Dell U2723QE Ultra Sharp 4K monitor attached to an HP desktop with an Intel UHD Graphics 770 GPU running on windows 11. No matter what I do in display settings, the H&R Block Deluxe 2025 Software is blurry. This is unlike every other piece of software loaded on the computer or any text or graphic on the web.
I'd like to see you add the ability for users to zoom in and out while navigating through the interview or while looking at forms. Please program the software to interface with as many graphics card and monitor pairings so that users can have the clearest presentation their hardware allows.

I switched from TurboTax to H&R Block tax software five years ago because TurboTax required users to work and store their tax data on its cloud platform. I prefer to work and store my tax data on my local computer. H&R Block software is easy to use and allows users to download the software and work on local systems.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have been using this software for many years through many different life situations including job changes, relocation, retirement, etc. it has never let me down. The “interview” is intuitive and the software always seems to keep up with changing tax laws. I’ll continue using this until it’s not needed ( … culmination of one of Franklin’s life constants).

Deserves a ZERO. I had almost finished my return when I attempted to enter data. Wasn't able to, although the data was correct. I sought solutions but none worked so I finally started over again with TurboTax.

I have used HR Block software for many years now. However, this year. I had a problem with this software it locked up the files. I spent many hours trying to get this corrected with your people. I also had to redo my taxes after the problems was fixed.

H&R Block Deluxe is reasonably easy to use and priced consistently with prior years. This year I had some difficulties with the Ohio tax return causing the federal to not e-file.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
