I can't e-file.
I can't save in PDF format.

Fairly easy to use, but I didn’t feel it that my hand was being held as much as previous years. Also, the window wouldn’t enlarge, for an older person this was rough. It appeared to be inside a frame that wouldn’t even fill my laptop screen. It would not increase in size using any method

Verified Purchase:Yes
I bought it because my sister is an enrolled agent and I hoped she could assist if the software ran into problems. Used same software last year successfully, so history files in Block format. Struggled with complex 1099's and almost impossible to handle sale of inherited house. Also believed software could prepare return for simple Trust, but not possible.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Download from Fidelity Investments failed miserably. I had to input information by hand because the H&R product failed, evethough it said it could do the download.

I use a Mac and your product does not work well with it. Second year in a row it tried to charge me for state though I bought deluxe. Getting it fixed took days. Software updates wouldn’t work and I couldn’t file my taxes till they did which took another day. Unless you fix your software to work on Macs I’ll have to go elsewhere
