Thought we had transmitted our return and waited for a confirmation email. When it didn't come we rechecked the return. For some reason it showed it had not transmitted. Went through the procedure again and it worked. Unfortunately both our Federal and State filings were late. This has never happened before.,

I have been an H & R Block customer since well before the name change from Tax Cut. I feel confident when using this Tax software because of the reliability and subject matter expertise that Block brings to the table.

I am been a block user since the beginning. Access was denied for.form 2106 and 2106ez io calculate business miles. Next year, i will use Turpo Tax.

I'm a long time user and always stay the course with H&R software. Once while working out of the US I had a harder time getting my tax return done correctly.
Another hiccup I have is I feel disconnected when transitioning between the federal and state sections. At one point after finishing my federal and got into my state return I noticed that actually I had not submitted my federal return. So I had to back up, get back into the federal side and re-submit to ensure that everything was OK.
