I found it very difficult to understand the questions and the way the app flowed is completely different than it did in the past I was charged twice for e-filing and for mailing in my return fed versus state I’m not happy with the H&R Block app this year
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare

I thought I had sent my e-file in to the federal and state Mar 7 but I had not received my return by May so I checked and they said it had not been filed yet. I refiled again in May, I hope it works this time.
