I worked through the return, but the filing procedures were confusing. I thought that I had e-filed my return, but it didn't actually send it! I didn't realize it until a month later when no refund arrived.

Amended Return

I had to file an amended return as I received a Sched K-1 after I filed my taxes. Your instructions for filing an amended return are terrible. It was not easy to navigate but I finally got it done. Then to my surprise it doesn't print a 1040X; it reprints a 1040 with all the attachments, most of which don't need to accompany an amended return. So I redid it 2 more times. Each time at the end it says let's print your 1040X but it doesn't print a 1040X. Please simplify instructions for an amended return and print a 1040X with only the forms that change and need to accompany the return. Your amended return program is awful
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Az State return issues

For years there have been issues with the support of AZ tax credits for donations to Foster care organizations. Last year it seemed to have been resolved but is back this year. I had to go to the state web site to even get eh form and could not e-file.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues
