I have used the product for many years. The manner and order of stock transactions are arranged for checking is very cumbersome, and does not return to last used area. Otherwise, it is very easy to navigate.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Overall good program, but the error checks at the end are frustrating. Upon completion of a return, there is a final error check. It is difficult to understand why the program doesn’t ensure that the errors are fixed before moving on from the point of entry. I am dissatisfied.
Cons: Time consuming

I've been using H&R Block software for years. Very easy to step through the process. Once I have my 1099s and W2s and such, I can usually do my taxes during a couple of cups of coffee.

Purchased Federal Plus State. To my surprise State filing electronically required an additional purchase almost half of that paid for the entire program. Felt like it was bait and switch. My State refund amount was almost the price of the additional software. Ended up filing the State via print out and mailing via USPS. Buyer beware as this requirement for an additional purchase is not made known until completion of the State forms.
Pros: Easy to import documents

I feel there was an error in the Fed-to-OH State software. OH ask for value from line 1 of Fed Schedule A but value transferred was not the value shown on Fed Schedule A. This caused me many days delay. Otherwise all seemed to go well with program.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund
