I have been a long, long time customer. Overall I am satisfied with the product. It can't handle K-1s very well, but now I no longer need it to. The state programs are well done. I had to file a WI return this year and would have been lost without the state program for WI as I don't live there and have little experience with filing a WI return. It was so goofy how they allocate the income, but I just followed the interview and Taxcut hid all the nonsense from me. In the end, it made what would have been a really difficult return easy.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import

Same good Tax Cut product I've used for about 15 years, EXCEPT FOR (1 No Longer printed MAIL TO addresses for Est'd Tax Payment coupons, and 2) Assumed I would NOT make Est'd pymts by check (Had to delete form to File !!!)

Cons: Hard to fix issues

Never Had a Problem in Past Years

I followed the instructions on the Cover Page and submitted all the forms as instructed. On May 14, I received notice from the IRS that I had failed to file a Form 8962, along with a copy of my Form 1095-A. Not a happy camper.
