I have used the web-based version for the past few years, but this year, a heavier schedule prevented my filing until the 15th of April. I will admit I was a bit miffed when the website seemed to be overwhelmed, and kept me waiting over an hour with still no proper log in. That's when I noticed the 'download' feature. After downloading - I was finished within two hours.

Good at helping work through the needed forms, but when your audit turned up an issue, you failed to take to the cause the problem. I called the help line and while they were nice they failed to solve the problem. The problem was not going allow me to e-file, but the issue was something to do with itemizing deductions, BUT I using the standard deduction?????

i don't like the physical layout of the pages, too much wasted space on the sides and sometimes print is too small to read. you can enlarge the print to read, but the buttons at the bottom are hidden until you reduce it back.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
