generally ok, certain problems

In my limited range of experience, all of the electronic tax prep programs are good and excellent value compared to the alternatives (an tax service or do it yourself). That said, compared to the state of the art, H&R Block is average. 2 issues for me:
1. I didn't find the way to calculate estimated state payments. I couldn't even find blank vouchers to print out for next year.
2. I only have mutural funds, nothing exotic. Still I have foreign tax payment for credit more than the bare minimum. The foreign tax payment section is confusing and difficult to work with.

Keeps Rejecting

I have e-filed several times since 5/29 and continue to get rejection notices. I overrode the AGI for 2016 today leaving out commas and putting in the correct figure and still get a rejection. Can you assist or file?

I completed my return with the same software in 2016. I did not pay attention to the amount that was calculated from that year on my current 2017 but when I filed my return was rejected. Looking over what had occurred nothing appears to wrong except for that and unknown how this could have happen in the software.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to import

I went all through the proper steps and your software accepted my return and it was submitted electronically. I was in the hospital. To my surprise the IRS failed my return. The two reasons given where the lack of Prior Year's AGI but the other reason you gave was a problem with your system. I have been using your software for well over 10 years. I will not use it again because it is not dependable.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
