I have use the product for several years but this year there were compatibility issues with the Mac version. You could not retrieve the state version nor make updates automatically.
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to install

Most frustrating thing is the program doesnt recognize a short sale. It insists that the sale date has to be after the buy date. It made me make up phony dates for 800 short sales that I did. It's amazing to me that software from a tax company is not designed to accept short sales. Also, when downloading data from my broker, the software went into a seemingly infinite loop. It should be programmed with a status bar so you know it isnt frozen. The help feature was not useful for finding my capital gains carryover to the next year. I had to google to find out what form and line its on. Your search feature should be able to find any common subject. I will not be purchasing this software again till you make it user friendly for short option sales.

It's ok to use, you can multiple federal tax return, but on your 1 state. One issue I have multiple states return to because I live and work in different states.
Pros: Easy to import
