I purchased this soft ware and file electronic fI never got my refund. was told by goverment tocheck with you.I could have gotten this soft from Capital one but decided to pay you.

HAVE USES YOUR PROGRAM FOR OVER 20 YEARS. HOWEVER ON YOU STATE INC FORM THE EMPLOYER FEIN DOES NOT PRINT ON FOR FORM FROM 1099. VRGINIA USES THIS FORM FOR VERIFICATION INSTEAD OF THE ACTUAL 1099. HAVE HAD RETURN REJECT BECAUSE OF MISSING INFO.

Been using H&R for many years now. This year I was referred to a form that needed data. The section to enter the data would not let me enter it. I needed to go back the form and figure out what went where.

We sold our house and I didn't like the number the tax forms came out to be, so I did some research, looked up the proper forms, did them by hand, and they came out to the same number as the tax software did. Good software!
