AI assistant, better than human (available anytime, highly patient, pretty helpful answers/info, no communication issues, etc).
For Fed, mostly good, but disapprovingly leaves some research/understanding/decision-making to me, instead of expected guided tour.
For the state, not that helpful/useful, so used the state gov's on-line app instead.

Software is hard for a person my age to work with because the text being gray against a white background is a strain to eye to see and there does not appear to be any way to change that and or make the text
