I wasd able to file both Federal and Ohio State

I was able to electronic file both my Federal and Ohio State Returns filed and I had to awaited their reviews. Much better than last year when your software caused me to file paper copies of my Ohio State filing and I waited until late July before I got a report and they made some corrections which I still don't understand m but it over for now. I have been a HR Block user for many years and this was the first time I had a problem and your people could not figure out what was happening. I almost left HR Blocks this year due to them not being able to help us get our returns filed.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming

I have been using this program for over ten years. I tried using the other main tax program for one year, but it did not meet the same standards as the H&R Block tax program. This, in my option is the best Tax program you can purchase.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I worked through my entire tax return and then locked my computer to feed my dog and do a few things. I ended up just going to bed and figured I would finish my return the following day. I opened my laptop the following day to finish up the final review and submit my tax return and nothing was saved. I made what I felt was a reasonable, but apparently silly, assumption that the software would auto save from page to page. Nothing saved I was basically left with a message asking me if I would like to start a tax return
