I couldn’t electronically file due to a mismatch of data with the IRS and the itemized inputs didn’t work at all! This has never happened before but now it has and they don’t have a fix for next year!
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare

Completing my tax return was a very good experience.
I have used this software for many years.
My complaint...I can never get it to e-file.
This year I completed the return...it accepted my e-file...then I got a notice from the IRS that my tax return was rejected...I had to print and mail. Fed and state.

Have used HR Block software for several years. However, the Basic with state has gotten overpriced. With simplified tax return and larger Standard Deduction, I can do it quickly manually.
