My return was rejected 2X for Efile. I believe it was due to a charitable gift subject to the 30% of AGI limitation for gifts of appreciated property. I would only recommend your software for simple returns.

Doing taxes without a tax program makes it needless hard, and you are more likely to find a deduction using this program that would more than pay for its cost. Their program interview leads you through the income and deduction steps to make sure you are not missing anything, with links explaining what the section is about. Highly recommended.

First - I had to extend my tax return because your software turned my rental property into royalty income. I have no clue what happened but after hours of putting in and checking my information this happened. Pretty angry about it still. Second - why don’t you send the state tax return for free similar for what you do for the federal return? I had to pay extra to get the state product and then you charge me to file it also? I am considering other tax software because of my rental property issue and the nickel and diming for the state return.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
