As a 20 year user, I've always found Block's software to be very easy to work with. Per the title, this year's update attempt installed a Web Browser Redirect Virus. It took me two days to get rid of it. Besides that the software was great.

Anything out of the ordinary and it’s a low priority for these folks, electric vehicle credits, s0ouses that are disabled and getting Dependent Care flexible spending, etc.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
