Using an older but not outdated Apple Mac computer I warned able to download the software with the current operating software. A real pain cycling thru other internet browsers and installing them to see if they would download your product. Spent two hours wasting time getting the software downloaded and installed on a perfectly good computer.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve been using this software for several years now and this is the first time I wouldn’t have given 5 stars. I ran into too many places where the instructions were confusing or incomplete. I had to redo a few sections of the questions because of this, and I double-checked: it wasn’t just because of mistakes on my part; it was due to poor instructions. This year my return was more complicated than usual because of a circumstance I’ll likely never encounter again—but it’s not an unheard of situation. Other than this, I’d rate the software excellent.
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

There are lots of pitfalls in the latest version of the software. The Help files don't work very often. The AI doesn't help. It's so bad that I'll return to Turbo Tax next year.

I have used HR Block Federal and State Software for years. While it is easy to use, for the last three years, loading my Ohio tax form has been arduous. The only solution I found is to dig into my applications/library, etc to fix this glitch. This problem is almost enough for me to consider an alternative software.

My only issue with HNR black software. It will not allow you to print the screen you are working on. You should design your software for users to print a screenshot.
