INVALID ACTIVATION CODE

This is about the 7th year I have used the H&R block program. when I went to efile it said activation code invalid, I reloaded the software called the H&R block recording had 2 new activation codes sent to me and none worked. I ended up using my credit card to file.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues

Did I mention it was easy? LOL I've used H&R Block for my last 3 returns, AND also did my sister's last year. I loved it!!! When in doubt, there was LOTS of help at my disposal, but I didn't need it.

CODE WOULD NOT WORK!

After using HR Block for years, this year was a total waste of money. Loaded the program, did my taxes and when I tried to file I got a message saying my activation code would not work. Tried uninstalling and same issue. Support via phone was worse than useless...can't speak to a human and the voice prompts do not address this issue
Pros: Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
