Deluxe program

I am ready to give up H&R Block program. I seem to have more problems every year. Can’t file returns.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product was very easy to use. I had a slight problem with the activation code but called Customer Service and the representative corrected the issue within seconds.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import

I've used this program for years. Love the ease of it. Unfortunately this year the activation code that worked to activate the program wouldn't work for the free federal filing that's included. I had to pay for it myself. I'm not too happy about it.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using H&R Block for the last 5 years and it's great! After the first time it moves all your info from the last year over to the current year. Just punch in a few #'s and your done!!!
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!
