I BOUGHT THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACTIVATION CODE WAS BAD.
Pros: Easy to install, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I have used H&R Block Deluxe Software for MANY years, this was VERY disappointing. I purchased this with free e-filing and ended up having to PAY for electronic filing. TEST YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE YOU DUMP IT ON US!!!!!!!

still cannot file my 2017 illinois return

I got my federal but state of Illinois was rejected and I mailed and they said what H&R block told me to send was not acceptedd
