easy to use and has every deduction on it that is for me. that's why I have been using for the last 7 years.

Would be great if the software could update

I had to find the update on my own and install, as it never worked through the program. I cannot complete my State return, as I am running into the same problem. I have tried 12 times to download and install State. It tells me it installed but then takes me back to the download screen. Awful. Didn't this get tested?
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to install

I have used this software for years and never had a problem until this time. I had to pay extra to e-file because activation code for free e-file didn't work.
