I have been using this program for years, and I have been extremely satisfied with how easy the program is to use. I have never had a problem with the program.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

I've used H&R for years and been satisfied. Never any issues. That said, my returns are never very complicated anyway.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

I purchase this product every year. It makes filing my own taxes simple and easy to do. All I have to do is input the information and answer the Questions. It makes tax time less stressful.

Or at least it seems that way to me. Less up-selling, no nagging to buy the state version, (my state's free) and less "are you sure?" type questions, as in "Are you sure that you didn't buy an electric car last year?"

Not as accurate as I thought

I have used H&R BLOCK for years. This year I made a $30,000 error in my favor and it passed all checks except mine. I caught it and corrected it prior to sending it to IRS. I lost faith in the product for that reason.

everything you have to do to get ready to file is difficult to wade through but once you get to the filling part it works pretty good. however you make statements that are confusing -- (eg. this e-mail said "we are ready to file your return" when I had already filed the return) there other things that could be improved but I don't care to

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues

I have been using H & R Block software for the past 10 years. Easy to use, great to have the Tax Return for each year right on the computer. Great that it brings the prior years information as required to the current year. Easy to do the State Return as well, and e-file both Federal and State.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
