I have been using HR Block for many years and this years versions is simply the best. Great product with explanations of all topics embedded in the program. Very easy to use with great explanations.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

First time tax software has given me any trouble

Federal Tax return rejected. The two errors given were incorrect. Florida doesn't have state tax so the fact that there was a processing issue with my state tax return makes zero sense.
Prior year AGI or PIN not matching. My AGI is correct, I'm literally holding my previous tax return from 2017. I wasn't asked to input 2017's PIN I was asked to create a new one. Digital department isn't open right now.

Although I had some problems opening the program this year, once I got it the process went quickly.
