We' have used the software for years.. We like the prepopulated information that carries over from the previous year. This year we were unable to file electronically although we tried for days. The problem was defined as two-fold, but only one was supposedly needed. Our 2024 AGI was not accepted and the pins my husband and I we were asked to crate were not accepted. We tried a new pins, older pins and last year's pins. We ended up writing checks for both federal and state and mailing them and the returns certified.

The product works reasonably well. I have on big complaint. While going through the tax preparation I often time have the need to print a screen (summary info, important info etc.) from the H&R Block software. There is no functionality to do this. Very disappointing.
