Very intuitive, like the help features as well

I purchased the software online from the disc I receive in the mail every year since I am an avid H&R Block user. If I get stuck on something, usually the help answers built into the software have been suffice. I have not had to converse with a live agent yet regarding my filing. I would like to see H&R Block provide a free State eFile and not just Federal for free.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I always use H&R BLOCK Deluxe with State and it helps me finish my taxes in short order

No Help at top of page

I had a question about college tuition and it said to go to help at the top and then select tax help. There was no icon named help at the top. Everything else went great.
