This is getting complicated.

I had a hard time following the format. It still asked questions, but the moving through the program is getting more complicated every year. Had problems getting the update.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I liked this software. Few little things had to search help for but overall a great program

I have now used this for several years and appreciate the simple process, including Donation Pro for non-monetary donations. It really helped with multiple trips to Goodwill and other donation centers

I have used the H&R Block software for years. It provides and easy/simple walk through of questions to get your taxes filed. In comparison to other software we have tried the maximum refund comes with H&R Block.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
