SO EASY!

I have been using H&R Bock since 2000! I has always been very thorough and easy, easy, easy to use! They walk you through the process and before you know it, your done!
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

Problems with Federal Udate

This is the second year in a row that I had problems with the Federal Udate portion of the program. Last year I had to try updating several times before it was sucessful. This year after trying to update several times, I had to go to the website to download update. Even then it did not go well the first two tries. I think the issue was the website was telling me the wrong version of the program. After I changed it to deluxe efile (minus state) I was then able to sucessfully update my software. Both years I installed the software from cd's containing several versions that were mailed to me.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to install

Charged twice

Had to refile my taxes, and it charged me twice to refile my state via efile. Dont understand that
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It could be improved in the personal property tax section, there are only 3 boxes to put information in, if a person owns 5 cars and 2 or 3 other vehicles there are not enough boxes to put this information in and there is no way to expand this number of boxes.
