had to put the info in 4 times because it would not save it.year after year there is some issue and this will be the last time...
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to install, Hard to import
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Using H&R block again this year because it is so easy to use. We bought Deluxe + state, and the only thing that knocks down the review is that it still costs extra to e-file for state. Five overall e-files any combination of fed + state would be the best value We have 3 users so use only 3 fed e-files and are left to pay for state e-files or mailing them in.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Great buy for a GI

If you have simple tax situations and are military this product works well. It was supper easy to install, use, and import files (PDF) with. The built in advise and considerations for military personnel and their spouses was also very helpful and easy to follow.

Just about anyone with a computer should find this is a very easy and efficient way to do your taxes. The recent tax "simplification" added so many new schedules it would have taken days for me to figure out. The software guides you through each step and you don't need to know on which form the information gets entered. It is all automatic. Filing electronically and saving a copy is a breeze. Plus when it is time for next year's tax filing, this will pull a lot of the information from the prior return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Your Server failure looks like problem on my end !

I have been using your tax software for many years...never a problem until this year. On 1/31 I started my Federal return...no problems. Went to download my PA state program... kept getting connection failure and all sorts of error messages telling me something was wrong with my internet connection, firewall or other security settings. I spent almost 2 hours chasing this problem... including 1.5 hours waiting on hold for your customer service people...I was ready to give up...then I thought I would try it one more time. Now the server was up and my state program downloaded in seconds and worked like a dream. It sure would have been nice to receive a message that said "Server is Down" instead of all the error messages making it look like the problem was on my end.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to install
