I have been using H & R Block tax software for many years without any problems. The questions it asks helps make the whole filing process easier.
However, I needed to file an amended 2024 return after completing my 2025 return and was upset that it would not allow me to file the amended 2024 return online.
Very disappointing.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. This year the program did not have the capability to download my investment information from Merrill Lynch. With well over 400 stock trades it would take me hours to input all the data. Intuit does download Merrill Lynch so I had to purchase their software. I do not like Turbo tax but H&R forced me to buy it. If turbo tax can download ML then H*R should be able too also

I aways compute my taxes manually and then run it through with your software. When yours matches mine i figure it is right. So it was right and for that i am happy.
I am 85 and fine the software confusing at times and i miss getting things in the right category and have to go back and find where it belongs. Paper IRS forms are less confusing to me.

WAS NOT ABLE TO PRINT MY RETURNS. THE SYSTEM CRASHED ON THE SECOND RETURN AND I WAS NOT SURE IT EVEN WENT THRU. THIS IS A PRINTER THAT I BOUGHT A COUPLE YEARS AGO BECAUSE THE OTHER ONE WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR PROGRAM. SO NOT VERY HAPPY THIS YEAR AT ALL
