Has everything I need.

Neither disc install nor download option worked. when I checked windows media player it said disc was empty. Frustrating!! Had to resort to HRBlock support. Your talking computer e-mailed instructions. Why don't you make the disc install work immediately? I've used your product for many years. This was the worst start ever. I don't need the aggravation this gave me before I even got started.
Pros: Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this back in December and used it after I received all my tax documents, easy to use and easy to file online

Great product but need more transparency

Taxes are filed easily and conveniently but the phone call ID verification process should be disclosed to prevent frustration.

Some Flaws

Used H&R Block for 15 Years. This is the first time I have gotten rejections from IRS. Software would not merge 2017 AGI into 2018. Would not allow me to type
in the AGI. Got a rejection from IRS. Second rejection was for a mismatch of records?
