Inexpensive useful software

Used this program for many years. It is easy and simple to use. Good price compared to others. For some reason this year, when I tried to safe a PDF of the tax forms, the system hung up and stopped responding. I did it twice with same result.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import

Fairly simple, but tough for and old guy, with CRS. Also don't like paylng for State E file, less paper work for them and charge you more.
Pros: Easy to install, Fast

credit card charge for single state filing was made twice apparently due to need to update FIT or KIT after start of efiling. hopefully only one charge will transfer from pending to final cc billing

NO PROBLEM USING THIS PRODUCT, HOWEVER I DO NOT FILE A STATE RETURN! COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO PURCHASE FED ONLY AT $22.48???

It came in the mail. Easy to load. As my forms came in, I just opened the software and entered the information. I was just guided thru. By the time I received my last form...I was done.

Hard to get explanations

We have used H&R Block for a few years now. This year all went smooth until near the end. We had two issues: 1). After doing the social security income page our tax return revenue increased to a level we felt was unusually high. 2) Printing a copy of the completed tax return was significantly different than printed copies of earlier years. We tried multiple times to get a printed version that we recognized as the finished product.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
