Still the BEST!!

Have been using this product for 20+ years! Never been disappointed. Returns are always accepted and I have never been audited.
Pros: Easy to fix issues, Maximizes refund, Easy to import

Great step-by-step process

Check the 2018 Virginia Resident Individual Income Tax Return. When one prints the details there is an error.
There is an error in the "Not for Filing" Step 4 item 't.' It says "Enter this amount on line 16 below." The '16' should be changed to '18.'

used hr block many years. this years a few touches missing. in previous years as you entered the software it would tell you needed to update. It did not tell you as explicitly as before. when I tried to e-file then it said wait must do update. In previous years it would have required that up front.

Easy to use, easy to start, save, come back & work

Didn't realize until after I'd started that some of the papers hadn't come int yet. Just hit save and it picked up (several days later) as if I'd never left. Not a lot of explanation of the why's for its decisions but remarkably intuitive and incredibly easy to use- more so than even last year in my opinion.

Difficult to use!

Print out of completed forms is so small, that they are barely readable. Have to use PDF to print and read them. Fed return was rejected for SSN typo; corrected it, but could not find the "Re-File" Button the rejection notice said to use. Ended up having to refile completely and paid twice to have State return filed. Now I'm worried that two state returns will be filed because of HRB app problems.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to import
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
