First time hiccup

When I went to transmit my federal taxes it decided not to recognize the activation code anymore. After several attempts of reinserting the code Utilized the automated voice help which did manage to send a new code to my correct email, but that didn't work. Finally i called again and finally got a human, she got me a new code and it worked. First time in ten or so years I any trouble with this software.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to install
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very happy with year-to-year results. Easy to use, with detailed info if you have any questions about specific entries. Perfect product for me as a homeowner and stock investor.

It's screwed this year

I just used it, it charged me up front for it's use and now it's charging me again when my refund gets sent. This is first time it's done this I hope they fix it!
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare, Hard to install
