This was our first venture into self filing in many years. Found it great for an "old guy" to work with. Bonus was professional support was only a phone call away when we had questions. Staff was professional and patient with non tech savvy client.

EASY TO USE

I am a multi year user of this software, however this year I was very disappointed that the software was not functional when I bought it. I had to wait until today, Feb 6, to download the completed version. This held me up from filing by about 2 weeks. Otherwise I can highly recommend this product.

2017 taxes

Every thing was good until I e-filed. Return was rejected by federal tax department after following your instructions as to how to e file. You stated that you would enter my 2017 AGI figure as I had used your program for my 2017 taxes. The figure you used was off by $6.00 which I discovered after checking my copy of the 2017 return. After following your instructions as to how to correct, refiled and it was accepted. Just a little puzzled as o how this cold happen
