Worst experience I have ever had with Tax Software. I have used Tax Cut and HR Block over the years. The current Deluxe version had many misgivings. It came up with numbers that didn't match my spreadsheet. I don't thing the mileage figures I put in for medical and charity ever got in, and the ones that did used 8% instead of 14%. Printing said that I could print individual forms, but I could not get the others to uncheck so I had to print them all if I made a change. In charity, I had some extra items from last year that were imported. I had a hard time removing ones I wanted to delete. My printer wanted me to print forms in duplex, although I don't know how that I got set up. When I got forms printed, they came out page 1,3,5 etc. Then my printer said to put the paper back in the feed tray in reverse to print the other side.
My major complaint was that every time I made a change and wanted to see it on a form, I always had to print the whole form
instead of the page I wanted.

Tried to get an answer (i think important) Tried several times. No help only computers.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very glad info can be imported from financial institutions. Much easier than putting info in myself. Eliminates mistakes.
