I was very disappointed in your software for 2025. All updates had to be obtained by going to your website and downloading them rather than loading then through the software right on my computer. Obtaining updates in this manner was inefficient and didn't always load the first time downloaded and when they did download, I could not always tell they fully loaded or not. Definitely made filing more difficult this year.

Seem to recall deluxe package provided state income tax with electronic filing as well. Paying the additional was a bit annoying. I chose to use HR rather than turbo which was being offered free through my fidelity account. Had I known this additional cost I might have consider turbo tax, I'll definitely look at this next year.
