I've had nothing but good results with H&R Block for years now. Only had to get support twice in all this time.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

I have used this program for the past 5 years and still great. Easy and allowed to work with all the changes in the tax laws. You can make a educated choice, and receive some suggestions for next year.

I've been using this product since the 1990's. It is so easy to use and the step by step help is great if you need it. Wouldn't purchase any other tax preparation software.

My PA State edition did not load up, other than that, no problems. Already recommended this to friends and family.
